About This Caster - 2.02254.445 COND MTG15 BRK1
Specify this 2.5-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the top lock brake and 3/4-10 stem for the parking corner of the heaviest static-safe cart, the caster that prevents a spark, anchors a heavy frame, and locks the wheel still.
The conductive tread bleeds charge off the cart so it cannot spark in a serious-hazard area, the 3/4-10 stud is the largest in the line for anchoring a heavy 3/4-tapped frame, and the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bay. The wheel keeps the quiet, non-marking Performa ride on a ball bearing. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the static-safe braked corner for the heaviest 3/4-tapped leg.

- Parking corner of an ordnance cart on a heavy 3/4-10 leg, ESD floor
- Static-safe heavy frame locked still in a serious-hazard bay
- Largest-stud cart that drains charge and holds under load
Skip the conductive brake corner where static is not a concern; the standard braked 3/4-10 MTG15 31MH25XH3402-03 locks the wheel for ordinary duty.
