About This Wheel - VE 125/12R-EL
Fit this 125mm conductive wheel to a heavier electronics handling cart that has to clear thresholds and still ground static.
The standard solid rubber tyre is a firm hardness 80 compound that wears well under a heavier load, runs quietly, and protects the floor. Its conductive build channels static charge through the wheel to ground, keeping sensitive equipment safe from discharge as the cart moves between stations. It runs on a roller bearing and takes a 12mm axle through the bore. At 125mm by 38mm it is the largest of the conductive wheels here, with a wider tread that clears thresholds and spreads the load, and it holds from -13 to 176°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm conductive solid-rubber wheel clearing thresholds
- 38mm firm tread on a 12mm bore for an ESD handling cart
- Larger conductive wheel grounding static under a heavier load
For a non-conductive wheel in a larger size, the 200mm version drops the static path.
Pairs with: a matching conductive swivel or rigid bracket sized to the 12mm axle bore.
