About This Wheel - SPO 100/15K
Fit this 100mm nylon wheel to a picking trolley that gets pushed all shift and needs an easy roll on a smooth floor.
The wheel is solid nylon 6 at hardness 70 Shore D, hard, impact resistant, and resistant to water and chemicals, with low rolling resistance. Its ball bearing is what earns it here: it spins freely under load so a cart in constant use starts and steers with less effort than a plain bore. As a hard wheel it offers no cushioning and runs best on smooth concrete, not rough or finished surfaces. It takes a 15mm axle and holds from -4 to 176°F. At 100mm by 37mm it rolls over small obstacles without stalling.

- 37mm hard tread on a 15mm axle for all-shift moves
- Smooth-rolling nylon wheel for a busy smooth-floor aisle
