About This Caster - LEXR-PO 125KAD-FI
Choose this 125mm Blickle LEXR swivel caster when a washdown cart mounts on a single bolt and needs a hard nylon wheel that locks completely.
The bracket is stainless steel, so it resists water, cleaning chemicals, and humid or salty air in food processing, pharmaceutical, and marine settings where plated steel rusts. It fixes through a single bolt hole rather than a four-hole top plate, for frames and legs where a plate will not fit. The brake is a stop-fix total lock, holding both the wheel and the swivel when set. The wheel is hard white nylon, which rolls with low resistance, resists water and chemicals, and stays non-marking, and a synthetic thread guard shields the bearing from fibre. It swivels on a ball bearing at a 150 millimetre mount height and holds from -13 to 176°F.
