About This Caster - LER-PO 80G
Thread this 80mm nylon swivel onto a light cart frame with a single bolt where a hard, low-resistance wheel rolls on a smooth floor.
The wheel is hard Blickle nylon 6, which carries weight with low rolling resistance and resists water and chemicals, though as a hard wheel it gives no cushioning and belongs on smooth concrete rather than rough or delicate floors. It steers on a pressed-steel LER swivel head with a double ball bearing and a strong central kingpin, so the swivel stays smooth and durable under daily use. It mounts through a single bolt hole rather than a top plate, keeps a low 100mm mount height, and holds from -13 to 176°F.

- Plain-bore hard wheel rolling low on a smooth floor
- Double-ball-bearing swivel head for an easy turn
