About This Caster - HRLK-ALTH 100K
Choose this 100mm Blickle HRLK leveling caster when a machine needs to roll into place, then lock and level with the flip of a lever.
A leveling caster combines a wheel with an integrated leveling foot. This HRLK version uses a fixed-position operating lever: flip it to lower a pad that lifts the wheel off the floor, which locks the machine in place and levels it, then flip it back to roll. The same mechanism acts as a truck lock without a separate brake. The wheel is the largest in this group at 100mm, pairing a Blickle Extrathane polyurethane tread with a die-cast aluminum centre, so it rolls smoothly with low resistance and is easier on the floor than a hard wheel while you reposition. The strong HRLK pressed-steel bracket mounts on a 100 by 85 millimetre top plate at a 120 millimetre height, and it holds from -4 to 158°F.
