About This Guide Roller - FSTH 80x25/25-15K
Choose this 80mm Blickle FSTH guide roller when a guide point needs more strength than a plastic-core roller can give at the same size.
A guide roller mounts on a central bore and spins to steer or cushion a load along a rail or edge. At 80mm with a 25mm face, this roller pairs a Blickle Extrathane polyurethane tread with a steel centre, and that steel core is the key difference from a nylon-core roller of the same diameter: it carries higher contact load and resists deforming under a hard, concentrated push. The light brown polyurethane is non-marking and protects finished surfaces, while still resisting abrasion through repeated contact. It runs on a ball bearing and holds from -4 to 158°F.
