About This Wheel - DSPK 150K
Choose this 150mm Blickle DSPK double-flanged wheel when a rail-guided load needs a taller wheel to roll smoothly over longer angle-iron track.
The wheel is machined heat-treatable steel with twin flanges that capture the rail and a V-shaped tread that seats on the corner of angular steel track. At 150mm it stands taller than the smaller DSPK sizes, so it bridges rail joints and debris more easily and rolls smoothly over distance, while its narrower 33mm tread keeps it precise on the line. Steel on steel gives extremely low rolling resistance for transfer cars and rail-guided transport that must move with little effort, and the wheel turns on a ball bearing. The machined surface is lightly oiled for corrosion protection, and it holds from -4 to 248°F. It belongs on steel track rather than open floors.
