Set this 6-inch ductile iron rigid on a fixed corner of the toughest foundry, oven, or freezer cart that takes extreme heat or cold and the heaviest loads.

The 410 is Albion's strongest Contender, a series that carries up to 5,400 pounds, and the ductile iron metal wheel holds from -100 to 800°F where rubber and poly cannot go. The trade is that an iron wheel is hard, noisy, and damages a soft floor, so it belongs on bare concrete or steel. It is built kingpinless, with no central kingpin to fail under shock, on the largest top plate in the line. It rides on a roller bearing, bolts on a 5-1/4 by 7-1/4-inch top plate, and as a rigid caster it tracks straight on the fixed corners.
