Set this 8-inch 16 Series rigid on the back corners of a forge or billet cart, the cast iron caster whose tall wheel rolls through heat to 800°F over the worst hot floor while the rigid fork holds the heaviest load straight.

Rubber gives by 180°F and phenolic chars past 250°F; the 16 Series cast iron wheel carries the highest load and rolls through radiant heat to 800°F, and the 8-inch diameter rolls over expansion joints, scale, and broken concrete that stop a smaller wheel. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
