About This Caster - 120NX06201S
Set this 6-inch nylon swivel on a steering corner of a heavy hot-washdown cart that maneuvers across drains on a caustic line.
The larger 6-inch wheel rolls over drains and seams while staying maneuverable, and the kingpinless swivel section, welded to the legs inside and out, carries the heavy-cart shock at temperature without a kingpin to loosen. The black nylon wheel is hard and high-capacity, taking heat to 220°F and harsh chemicals where polyurethane would soften, with the trade that it gives no cushioning and can be hard on a soft floor. The stainless frame resists hot-washdown corrosion. It steers on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 7-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -30 to 220°F.
