This 3 by 3 inch corner bumper bolts to the corner of a cart, dolly, or machine base and takes the hit when the rig meets a wall, a rack upright, or a doorway, so the impact lands on rubber instead of steel.

A loaded cart carries real momentum, and the corner is where it makes contact: without a bumper, that energy dents the wall, bends the rack, and cracks the cart's own weld. The rubber pad spreads the blow and springs back, protecting both the building and the equipment, and it quiets the bang that bare steel makes in a busy aisle. Mount one on each exposed corner and replace it once the rubber has taken a set or torn, since a flattened bumper has spent its travel.
