Fit this 85mm load roller into the fork ends of a pallet truck when the existing rollers are worn flat or chunked and the jack drags under a loaded pallet.
The tread is Blickle Extrathane, a high-grade polyurethane at 92 Shore A chemically bonded to a steel centre, so it resists the tearing and chunking that the heavy point loads of a pallet jack inflict, and it rolls with low resistance so a loaded pallet pulls with less effort, holding from -4 to 158°F. The steel centre carries the load and the ball bearing keeps it turning. It measures 85mm in diameter, 75mm wide, on a 20mm bore with a 75mm hub.

- Pallet trucks with an 85mm x 75mm load roller pocket
- 20mm axle bore and 75mm hub matched to the fork
- Extrathane replacing rollers worn flat or chunked
Match all four dimensions, 85mm diameter, 75mm width, 20mm bore, and 75mm hub, to the truck, or the roller will not seat in the fork.
