About This Roller - HTH 82x100/20-100K
Fit this 82mm load roller into a heavy-duty pallet truck whose fork takes the widest roller and whose pallets run at the top of the load range.
At 100mm wide it is the widest roller here and spreads the heaviest pallet load across the broadest footprint, which keeps the tread from cutting in under a dense load. The tread is Blickle Extrathane, a 92 Shore A polyurethane bonded to a steel centre so it resists tearing and chunking under the heavy point loads of a jack, rolling with low resistance from -4 to 158°F. The steel centre carries the load and the ball bearing turns on a 20mm bore. It measures 82mm in diameter with a 100mm hub.
