About This Caster - 62PM05228S
Put this 5-inch 62 Series swivel on the steer corners of a hand-pushed cart that crosses clean concrete, the polyurethane-on-aluminum caster whose precision ball bearing turns it light and whose tread scuffs nothing.
A precision ball bearing under a poly-on-aluminum wheel is what makes this swivel turn and roll off with little effort under load, where a roller-bearing version needs a harder shove. The green tread is quiet and non-marking, the aluminum core stays round and corrosion-free, and the plate bolts to a flat deck on a 6-1/2 mount height. Keep it under 180°F.

- Corrosion-free aluminum core under a quiet poly tread
Where the floor runs hot over 180°F, this tread softens; a phenolic 62TM05201S holds hard and heat-stable to 250°F.
