About This Caster - 110CA06201SFBC
Specify this 6-inch cast iron swivel for a hot, heavy cart that crosses debris near a furnace and then has to park and hold, where a smaller wheel jams on chips and a kingpin gives out under the side load.
The 6-inch diameter rolls over weld spatter, scale, and floor seams that stop a 4-inch wheel, and Albion's 110 Contender Kingpinless swivel rides a heat-treated raceway with no kingpin to shear under a bump. The grey cast iron wheel holds a hard, heavy load from -100 to 800°F, and the face brake presses on the wheel to stop it once the cart is staged. The roller bearing carries the weight at a slow pace.

- 6-inch braked corners that roll debris then park and hold
- Heavy rigs where kingpin swivels shear under side load
