About This Caster - 110AX04228S
Put this 4-inch polyurethane swivel on the steering corner of a heavy cart that works a finished floor, where a cast iron wheel marks and clatters and a kingpin loosens under the side load.
Albion's 110 Contender Kingpinless swivel rides a heat-treated raceway with no kingpin to shear or seize, so the corner keeps steering after the bumps that destroy a kingpinned caster. The tread is polyurethane bonded to a lightweight aluminum core, maroon and non-marking, carrying a heavy load without flat-spotting and rolling quiet from -40 to 180°F, and the precision ball bearing turns the load smoothly. This is the plain swivel for corners that steer rather than park.
