About This Caster - HRLK-SPO 75K
Choose this 75mm Blickle HRLK leveling caster when a machine is repositioned often and needs lever-set leveling on an easy-rolling nylon wheel.
A leveling caster combines a wheel with an integrated leveling foot. This HRLK version uses a fixed-position operating lever: flip it to lower a pad that lifts the wheel, locking and leveling the machine, then flip it back to roll. The wheel is a heavy-duty hard white Nylon 6, non-marking and able to take the higher heat range, mounted on a ball bearing so it starts and rolls with less effort than the plain-bore version when you move the machine. The HRLK pressed-steel bracket mounts on a 100 by 85 millimetre top plate at a 118 millimetre height, and it holds from -4 to 176°F.
